MARGARET JILL COX

Chief Executive Officer

Jill Cox began her career in London, England as an architectural assistant and in the field of quantity surveying. Her professional career eventually took her to the United States where she began Warehouse Services, Inc. in 1986 with the former Vice Chairman of Fluor Daniel Corporation, Charles W. Cox. Jill has been instrumental in growing Warehouse Services Inc. to what is now an asset-based global Third-Party Logistics Company. The company continues to grow each year through new client development, acquisitions, and expanded opportunities with existing customers.

BARRY COX

President

Barry began working with his father to develop the foundation for Warehouse Services, Inc., the company for which he is now President. Since Barry began operations at Warehouse Services Inc. in October of 1986, the company has expanded to 18 states and Canada, employing over 4,000 employees. Prior to joining the company, Barry had a variety of operational roles at Georgia Power and Texas Crude Oil Company in Midland, Texas.

JEFF DENNING

Chief Financial Officer

Jeff Denning has over 18 years of experience within the finance and accounting disciplines. Previously, Jeff held the position of bank regulator with a federal banking oversight agency. Joining Warehouse Services Inc. in 1996, Jeff has held positions of staff accountant and controller before his appointment to CFO in 2006. As CFO, Jeff directs all finance and treasury management activities for all operations.

STEVE MAGRUDER, CPA

Chief Operations Officer

Steve Magruder attended the University of Southern Indiana where he earned his accounting degree. Shortly thereafter Mr. Magruder passed his Certified Public Accountant exam. His employment began with John Friend and Company where he served from October 1994 to November 2000 as a Senior Accountant. He then joined GAF Materials Corp in November 2000 where he initially served as Plant Accountant until December of 2001. He then supported the operations of GAF serving as its Logistics Manager from January of 2002 to March of 2003. GAF positioned Mr. Magruder as a Regional Controller from 2003 to 2007 where he controlled the books for multiple GAF manufacturing facilities. Mr. Magruder started with our firm in October of 2007 as a finance manager. By February of 2008 Steve advanced to a Director of Finance position. In 2010 Steve was named as Vice President of Finance. Mr. Magruder has an intricate understanding of the operations of Warehouse Services, Inc. and his efforts have focused on delivering value to our clients. Mr. Magruder has been active in WSI’s M&A efforts as well as efforts to support RFP responses. Mr. Magruder was named Chief Operations Officer in February of 2018.

JOHN ROHLMAN

Vice President, Automotive Operations

John Rohlman leads the automotive business unit, where he directs all operational and commercial supply chain solutions within the United States and Canada. Prior to providing oversight of these operations, John held a variety of roles within the North American supply chain network including Six Sigma Blackbelt and transportation maintenance manager. John joined Warehouse Services Inc. in 1994 from GAF Materials Corporation where he spent five years in a variety of manufacturing roles.

TIM STEELE

Director, Industrial Relations

As Director, Industrial Relations, Tim Steele leads the North American team that supports personnel and labor relations. He also oversees compensation and benefits administration, training, development, and coordinates internal communications. Since joining Warehouse Services Inc. in 2005, Tim also served as a senior project manager within the engineering business unit. Prior to Warehouse Services Inc., Tim served in plant management for a division of Archer Daniels Midland Company and offers 23 years of professional management experience.

CHRIS APPLE

Vice President, Operations

Chris Apple provides leadership to the retail direct-to-consumer and Food and Drug Distribution Operations. His responsibilities include: design, implementation, long-term strategy development, and execution of client relationships. Chris has over 25 years of experience in Third-Party Logistics, distribution, and supply chain solutions, and has held positions in operations management roles spanning multiple markets and industries.

JOHN WEIL

Director, Chemical / Industrial Operations

As Director, Operations, John Weil oversees the chemical / industrial supply chain operations which include warehousing, distribution, and value-added services across North America. Previously, John served in various manufacturing and distribution managerial positions within the midwest operations. Prior to joining Warehouse Services Inc., John spent the majority of his professional career within the plastics industry and offers 26 years of professional management experience.

JOE WINIGER

Vice President, Order Fulfillment & Maintenance, Repair and Operations

Joe Winiger provides leadership to the direct response unit operations for clients in the consumer goods industry that include apparel, headwear, accessories, and upstream MRO items. Prior to assuming his current role in 2006, Joe was vice president for the midwest U.S. region and Canada. In addition, he played a key role in the initial startup and growth of the transportation business unit in 1996. Joe provides Warehouse Services Inc. with over 28 years of diversified experience.

MIKE DANIEL

Vice President, Manufacturing / Engineering & Commercial

Mike Daniel is responsible for directing the growth strategy, development, and operations for the Manufacturing / Engineering & Commercial business units. Previously, he has served in corporate Master Black Belt and business development positions. Mike has over 24 years of experience, and prior to joining Warehouse Services Inc. in 1999, Mike worked for Johnson & Johnson Company, Alltrista Corporation, and Tioga International in a variety of management and senior engineering roles.

PHIL STEPHENSON

Vice President Transportation

Phil is a 20-year veteran of Industrial Transport Services rising through the ranks from material handler to dispatcher to Vice-President. Under Phil's guidance, ITS has grown from a 90 tractor fleet to over 250 power units. Also, the fleet has grown from a single customer semi-private fleet in the plastics industry to servicing over 500 customers in a broad range of diverse industries including: automotive, plastics, furniture, sporting goods, printed media, and construction.

SAM LURKER

Director, Administration

As Director, Administration, Sam Lurker provides leadership in corporate policy and procedure dealings, as well as any external communications, media requests, or client event planning activities. Since joining Warehouse Services Inc. in 1998, Sam has played a key role in directing the organization in many critical institutional areas such as insurance planning, risk management, and benefits procurement.

MITZI MCLEES

Director, Corporate Secretary
Personal Secretary to Chairman, CEO

As Director, Secretary, Mitzi McLees has provided leadership in generating documents, managing corporate records, mitigating risk, and protecting corporate status. Since her start here in 1995, Mitzi’s strong organizational and communicative skills have proven to be an asset for Warehouse Services Inc.'s corporate office.  She has also played a key role in event planning for company-wide employee activities.

KELLI ROHLMAN

Director, Quality Assurance

Kelli Rohlman joined Warehouse Services Inc. in 1997 as a member of the quality & customer service team. Now, 14 years later and appointed as Director, Quality Assurance, she works closely with each client and business unit leadership team to advance the quality systems, processes, and facility disciplines within the network. Along with becoming a Six Sigma Black Belt in 1999 and numerous successful ISO 9000 certifications, she also directs a team of account-specific quality and customer service personnel.

AMY MCDOWELL

Director, Accounting

Amy was born in Jasper, Indiana and attended Northeast Dubois High School. She graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with an accounting degree in 2001. She began her career with Old National Bank after which she joined GAF Materials Corporation supporting the business accounting department. After working with GAF, she joined the Vanderburgh County Auditor’s office managing the financial records. Amy joined WSI in 2003 and has supported the business in a variety of roles during the past 12 years. Amy was selected as the new Director Accounting at the General Annual meeting in February of 2016.

AMBER THORN

Director, Finance

Amber is a native of Indiana and attended Mt. Vernon High School. After graduation she attended The University of Southern Indiana where she studied Marketing. While attending college she worked with Warehouse Services, Inc. supporting the accounts payable function. Amber earned her Master’s in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2009 with an emphasis in Finance. Amber is currently responsible for client finance and management of the corporate investment accounts.

CURT REITZ

President of Contract Transportation Services

Curt is a native of Leesville, Louisiana. After graduating from Selins Grove High School, Curt began his career with Ryder. He then worked as a freight supervisor for North American Van Lines in Baltimore, Maryland. After serving NAVL, he assumed a sales role with Arnold Transportation as a National Accounts Manager. Afterwards, Mr. Reitz joined Interstate Distributor Company serving as their Vice President of regional operations for the eastern 38 states. Mr. Reitz then served joined Roehl Transport as Vice President of Customer Service. In 2006 he joined Celadon Transportation serving as the Vice President of Sales for Regional, Dedicated and Intermodal operations. Curt earned his Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts. Curt currently serves as the President of Contract Transportation Services in Green Bay, Wi., which was acquired by ISMI on 2013 Curt was selected as the new President of Contract Transportation Services at the General Annual meeting in February of 2016.

TOM WINTZ

President of Total Logistics LLC

Tom Wintz founded Total Logistics in 1995 with a vision to make logistics a competitive advantage for its customers. He received his degree in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas and has served on multiple Boards including the Minnesota Trucking Association. He loves technology, especially when it can be used to solve problems for customers. TLI serves the warehousing, 3rd Party Logistics, Freight Brokerage, Dedicated Fleet and Software Services Industries.
